FAQ

What is a Zine ?
A zine is a fanmade collection of fanworks by fans for fans, about a topic or theme ! Our project will include a book and merch.What is the theme of the zine ?
The zine is centered on the daily lives of the characters in Mairuma. For example, having lunch at the botanical tower, going to a Devidol concert, having a fashion runway at the Valac’s, etc !! Feel free to go wild !Is this zine for profit ?
Depending on the Interest Check results, the zine will either be on a Pay for Production (P4P), for charity or for profit.
P4P is when customers only pay the price required to produce the goods and the shipping. To compensate the contributors, the cost of their bundles and shipping will also be included in the price.How are contributors compensated ?
All contributors will receive the physical copy of the zine as well as digital merch. If sales cover, we can also compensate contributors with the physical merch. In the case that we don’t break even, head mod Lychee will take up the cost and a Ko-Fi page will be open to tips/donation.What is the zine format ?
A5 (148*210mn), full color, portrait.Will I need zine experience to apply ?
Anyone is free to apply, at any experience level. If you have not created any content for the fandom yet, this can be your chance !Where will I be able to get the zine ?
The zine will be sold on an online shop. All orders will be shipped from France, and international shipping will be available. Customers planning to attend cons in France can be exempted from shipping fees if they fetch their order at the mod’s booth. A list of conventions will be available when the shop opens in May.

CONTENT :
Are there any content restrictions ?
The zine is strictly SFW and within the boundary of canon, up until the latest chapter.Will ships be allowed ?
We will only allow for canon ships and platonic or friendly relationships. If you have further questions, feel free to ask us on Tumblr.Will the zine be limited to anime characters ?
The zine is NOT spoiler free. Characters that have yet to appear in the anime can be featured. However, there will be no spoilers related to secret identity.What about the timeline ?
All pitches should follow the canon timeline as much as possible. Characters from different arcs can interact. For example, Bachiko having a tea party with Renove.

ROLES :
The mod team is fully complete. We are hoping to have at least a team of 16-25 content creators.Page artists : page artists are expected to produce at least one fully new illustration for the zine.
Spot artists : spot artists are expected to draw the art for the fics.
Merch artists : merch artists are expected to produce 2-3 merch designs.
Writers : writers are expected to produce a 1-2.5K fic.Can I apply for several roles ?
Yes, however we will only assign you to one role if you are accepted.Would you consider roles that are not listed above ?
We will not be accepting cosplayers. We will be considering graphic designers, or chefs, or any other roles. Feel free to ask us on Tumblr or in the IC. As an example, one of our modd will be making handmade plushies for the zine.Do you have guest artists ?
